Pigments & Oxides

All Pigments and Oxides found here are cosmetic grade. When making processed soap, the colored pigments
and oxides should be added to a small amount of oil or vegetable glycerin before adding to the batch.
Use at about 1 teaspoon per 5 lb. soap, or color part of the batch to create gorgeous swirls.
Can also be used in lip products, face makeup, and eye makeup. Ultramarines and oxides can be
blended together to give a wide range of colors. They are inorganic and will not bleed.

 Main characteristics are the following:

· Non migratory
· Insoluble in water and solvents
· Acid and alkali resistant (withstands the soapmaking process)
· Light and weather fast

Want White Soap?
Liquid Titanium Dioxide 
is the answer!
No hard to incorporate clumps! The titanium dioxide is fully dispersed in a gel solution. 
Why gel? The titanium dioxide will stay suspended in the bottle until you're ready to use it. No need to shake the bottle, it's already mixed.
No mess! This concentrated white gel is less likely to spill or splash!
Suggested usage for whitening cold process or hot process soap: 1 - 2 tablespoons per lb. of oils. May be mixed into lye water or traced soap. Not recommended for Melt & Pour Soap.

Titanium Dioxide - Water Dispersible
Usage: Whitens Cold Process Soap. To achieve brilliant white CP/HP soap, add 1 heaping tsp. per pound of oils to your lye water. Mix thoroughly before adding lye water to oils. 
Add to clear Melt & Pour soapbase for beautiful snow-white soap! Mix a small amount with distilled water or glycerin before adding to soapbase.
Cosmetic Safe - may also be added to cosmetic products.
